Thank you for choosing Contratrend. We truly appreciate your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, don’t worry — our return process is designed to be simple and stress-free.
- Are You Eligible to Return an Item?
Before returning an item, please make sure that it:
- Is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
- Has all original tags and packaging included
- Comes with a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation
We’re unable to accept returns for items that don’t meet these conditions.
- How Long Do You Have?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless approved in writing by our support team.
- How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please send an email to support@contratrend.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- A copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- A brief explanation of the reason for return
- A photo or video clearly showing the item’s condition (especially for damaged or defective items)
Our team will review your request within 72 hours and reply with the next steps.
- Who Covers the Return Shipping?
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
- In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
You can request an exchange if:
- The item was damaged during delivery
- The product is defective upon arrival
- You received the wrong item or incorrect size
If your case qualifies, contact us at support@contratrend.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
- Important Notes
We want your return experience to be smooth and fair. However, Contratrend reserves the right to reject returns that:
- Are submitted after 30 days from delivery
- Are not in resellable condition
- Lack valid proof of purchase
