Once your order is placed, our system will perform a standard authorization check on your payment card to confirm sufficient funds. Your card will be charged only after authorization is approved. The amount charged will be treated as payment for the total value of your order. When your order has been shipped and a confirmation email is sent, the payment will be considered final and complete.

As our products are crafted with care and personalized to your requests, production will begin only after your payment is confirmed.

To complete your payment, simply click “Proceed To Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” on our website. You’ll be redirected to the payment gateway, where you can securely complete your transaction using your card or PayPal account. Payments are processed through PayPal, and the transaction will appear on your credit card statement as PayPal.

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method, whether via PayPal or your credit/debit card.
