Thank you for choosing Contratrend. We truly appreciate your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, don’t worry — our return process is designed to be simple and stress-free.

  1. Are You Eligible to Return an Item?

Before returning an item, please make sure that it:

  • Is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
  • Has all original tags and packaging included
  • Comes with a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation

We’re unable to accept returns for items that don’t meet these conditions.

  1. How Long Do You Have?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless approved in writing by our support team.

  1. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please send an email to support@contratrend.com with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A copy of your receipt or order confirmation
  • A brief explanation of the reason for return
  • A photo or video clearly showing the item’s condition (especially for damaged or defective items)

Our team will review your request within 72 hours and reply with the next steps.

  1. Who Covers the Return Shipping?
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
  • In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  1. Exchanges

You can request an exchange if:

  • The item was damaged during delivery
  • The product is defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item or incorrect size

If your case qualifies, contact us at support@contratrend.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

  1. Important Notes

We want your return experience to be smooth and fair. However, Contratrend reserves the right to reject returns that:

  • Are submitted after 30 days from delivery
  • Are not in resellable condition
  • Lack valid proof of purchase
