Where We Ship

We proudly deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Please note that at this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team gets to work ensuring everything is perfect before it leaves our warehouse.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are usually processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  • During busy times (like holidays or sale events), please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing.

If any unexpected delay occurs, we’ll notify you right away via email.

Delivery Time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to:

  • Regional distance or remote locations
  • National holidays

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of shipment, please contact us and we’ll look into it immediately.

Shipping Fees

We apply a flat domestic shipping fee of $6.99 to all U.S. orders — regardless of order size or location.

Occasionally, Contratrend offers free shipping promotions. These will be clearly announced on contratrend.com or through our email updates.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a live tracking link. This allows you to:

  • Track your order in real time
  • See estimated delivery dates
  • Check progress at every step

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 72 hours, please reach out so we can assist.

Delivery Support

If you experience any of the following, our support team is here to help:

  • Tracking shows no updates for more than 5 days
  • The package is marked “delivered” but not received
  • An item arrives damaged
  • Delivery takes longer than 7 business days
